Se aprende a reconocer pensamientos y emociones sin identificarse con ellos, cultivando desapego y ecuanimidad. Su inter\u00e9s en esta disciplina comenz\u00f3 gracias a sus padres. Despu\u00e9s, realiz\u00f3 un viaje a la India para estudiar durante un mes con los maharishis en Madr\u00e1s. Esta inmersi\u00f3n le llev\u00f3 al conocimiento del Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga y Raja Yoga. Estilos que sigui\u00f3 estudiando durante ocho a\u00f1os. Posteriormente despert\u00f3 su inter\u00e9s por el Vinyasa Yoga. Se instruy\u00f3 directamente con Claude Marechal en Espa\u00f1a.
